Runner/Office Assistant

Our listing agents count on us to get the prefect photos of the properties they’re putting on the market allowing clients to see all the great properties available in real time. They also count on our team to make sure the community is aware of our presence with open house and for sale signs.

This is where you come in! We’re looking for a driven and ambitious individual to join our team as a Field Coordinator.

As a field coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving to properties in various locations  to take photos of listings (Car and Camera provided)
  • Driving between all 7 offices to deliver printed material and other pertinent documents.
  • Putting up and taking down signs: “for sale”, “open house”, etc.

Qualities and Qualifications

  • Motivated and reliable team player
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Must be organized, energetic and lively
  • Able to keep up with deadlines and appointment schedules
  • Available to work a few weekends a month
  • No prior photography experience required, but a plus.
