Receptionist/Office Assistant

We’re looking for a Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our growing team in Palmdale.

As a Receptionist/Office Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • · Answering a multi-line phone system
  • · Scheduling appointments for showings
  • · Maintaining the client database
  • · All incoming and outgoing mail
  • · Working directly with and assisting Agent Liaisons, their assistants and Agents with closing of real estate transactions
  • · Assisting the marketing team with various campaigns

 

Qualities and Qualifications

  • · People person with exceptional customer service skills
  • · Great multitasker who can keep up with a fast-paced environment
  • · Organized and able to take direction
  • · Motivated, independent problem solver
  • · Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Able to meet deadlines even if it means working late or coming in on a weekend

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

  • - High School Diploma or equivalent
  • - 2 years experience in admin role
  • - prior real estate experience is a plus
