Office Assistant/Receptionist

We’re looking for a Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our growing team in Glendale.

As a Receptionist/Office Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering a multi-line phone system
  • Scheduling appointments for showings
  • Maintaining the client database
  • All incoming and outgoing mail
  • Working directly with and assisting Agent Liaisons, their assistants and Agents with closing of real estate transactions
  •  Assisting the marketing team with various campaigns


Qualities and Qualifications

  • People person with exceptional customer service skills
  • Great multitasker who can keep up with a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and able to take direction
  • Motivated, independent problem solver
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Able to meet deadlines even if it means working late or coming in on a weekend


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years experience in admin role
  • prior real estate experience is a plus
